A MAKEUP SALE.. WHAT ARE YOU PICKING UP, AMBZ?

Well. This post is going to get real embarrassing real fast. It's the most wonderful time of the year, Sephora's Holiday sale! I literally keep things piled in my shopping cart year round for this and this year is no exception. Except that like, I might have more things in my cart than usual. Whoops.

For those who aren't familiar, Sephora has this sale/similar sale twice a year. Once in the Spring and once in the Fall. In the Spring it's usually a smaller percentage off so I usually wait until the ~holiday~ sale.

This year VIB Rouge will get two weekends of shopping w/ 20% off (11/3 - 11/6 & 11/10 - 11/15), VIB will receive 20% off 11/10 - 11/5 and Beauty Insiders will have 15% off 11/10 - 11/15.

I'm VIB so I still have roughly 5 days to complete my list, but in the meantime let's take a deeper dive into the potentially terrible decision I could be making if I decide I need to have *everything*

First, at the very tippy top of my list is the Sephora Pro Editorial palette. While it isn't the most unique palette in the world, it is absolutely stunning in person. The colors swatch just as vividly as they appear in the pan so they're going to make for some killer looks. And paired with my other color palettes (KVD Mi Vida Loca Remix and Pastel Goth) it's gonna be LIIIIIT.

10/10 NEED.

Next up on my list is the new Huda Beauty Obsession palettes. I haven't made up my mind of which I want yet but I'm heavily leaning towards "smokey", which is unusual for me because when it comes to brown eyeshadows I always gravitate towards warm tones. This one is definitely more neutral/cool than what I'm use to and has more shimmers than I'd usually prefer.. Something about it though, I'm drawn to. Swatched these in store and while I'm underwhelmed by the mattes the shimmers are *outta this world*. To be honest I'll probably grab two.

8/10, could live without but they're so reasonably priced.

This one really is a reminder not to forget to pick up a back up of my favorite ~everyday~ nude. Bite Beauty's Amuse Bouche lipstick in "Honeycomb". Bite has my absolute favorite lipstick formula in the world. It's creamy, comfortable and one swipe pigmentation.

10/10 will be picking up, no hesitation.

I can't believe this is on my list. Huda Beauty's Desert Dusk palette. I think it's just peaked my interest because SO many people are talking about it. I do really love the color combinations though. Admittedly, I was really let down by the Rose Gold Edition palette so I don't have the highest hopes for this.

5/10, won't die if I don't pick up.

I've fallen in love with Urban Decay's Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner. These are the most beautiful glitter toppers. I have one right now but I'm in need of at least three more. Overtop of powder eyeshadows these take any look to the next level.

7/10 on the need scale.

Another item I'm pretty sure I want because of all of the hype they're getting. The Natasha Denona Crystal Top Coat. They don't have a lot of pigmentation because they aren't suppose to. They're meant to be a product to give your look that wow factor. What I really want this for is to have all over the lid on more natural days.

6/10. I might be able to find something similar for cheaper.

Next, I'm just going to throw in some gift sets I plan on picking up of products I've either never tried or formulas I like but don't want to commit to full-sizes.

Huda Beauty Contour & Strobe Lip Set
Kat Von D Everlasting Mini Liquid Lipstick Set

Alright, I think that's all. I'm sure I'll add more on. Hell, maybe I'll embarrass myself even more and do a haul video.
See ya in my next post. In the meantime, follow me on Instagram!
